PTA performance:

It is white crystals or powder, low toxic and flammable. If mixed with air in a certain level, it will burning and even explode when comes across fire. Its spontaneous combustion point is 680 ℃, flash point is 384 ~ 421 ℃, heat of sublimation is 98.4 kJ/mol, heat of combustion is 3225.9 kJ/mol and density is 1.55 g/cm3. It can soluble in alkali solution, slightly soluble in hot ethanol, insoluble in water, ether and chloroform, glacial acetic acid.

Packing and storage: The products in bags adopt plastic film bags, and each bag contains 1000 ± 2 kg. There should be factory name, address , trademark, product name, rank, batch number, net weight, standard code, etc on the bags. They can also use stainless steel tank car to shipping. Before shipment, the tank car should be clean and dry. After packing material, the feeding port should be sealed with lead. Product transportation should be fire prevention, moistureproof and antistatic. Handling products in bag should discharge slightly to prevent packing damage. Tank car for loading and unloading industry should pay attention to control the speed and prevent producing static. They should be stored in a cool ventilated dry warehouse and far away from fire and heat source. They should be stored apart from oxidant and acid products. They should not store in the open air.

Note of using: It is low toxic kind of material and has a certain stimulation to skin and mucous membrane. To the hypersensitivity people, this product can cause skin rash and bronchitis. The allowed highest concentration in the air is 0.1 mg/m3. Operators shall wear protective equipment
